Member Care Ministries The Prayer Chain serves as a reminder of Christ's love by offering prayers of concern for those in need and also prayers of thanks and joy during times of celebration. Prayer requests can be submitted by calling the pastor(s) or church office. Hospital Visitors extend the congregation's care by offering spiritual support to those members who are hospitalized. Friendship Callers communicate with and extend invitations to all members in matters relating to congregational life -- special worship services and events, congregtional forums, emergencies, and other information as directed by the pastor(s). Helping Hands offer meals and other necessary support to members during times of need, such as hospitalization of a family member. Memorial service receptions are also coordinated and hosted when requested by the family. Caring Card corresponds with members during meanigful times in their lives -- celebration, illness, sorrow, and other special occasions. Telecare initiates encouragement to absentee members as coordinated with the pastor(s). Elderly members of the congregation who are unable to attend services are also cared for through visits and telephone communication.
